Abstract
Under the impact of the pandemic, in the face of a new wave of digitalization, how can we follow the trend of the times to grasp historical opportunities, and embrace the digital economy? A meltdown crisis in the international financial system and a broken industrial chain caused a short-term shutdown of global economy. The world today has entered the complex and highly uncertain VUCA (Uka) era. At the same time, a new round of industrial and technological revolution is shaping, and the new digital economy has reached a trajectory. This pandemic has accelerated the reconstruction of the commercial value chain, while technological innovation is reshaping the industrial chain and the way companies produce and organize. At different stages of one’s career, there will be different internal driving force and different needs of enterprises for talents. SISU SBM has the honor to have an expert and industrial leader at the forefront of science and technology, with his solid liberal arts background, and 15 years of work experience in the IT industry. From the two dimensions of personal development and business management, this sharing focuses on two indexes of value and efficiency, and around the following topics:
One’s position of professional development and possibility of crossover development
How managers can use platforms and systems to realize their potential
How to seize the development opportunities in the era of digital economy to deal with a high degree of uncertainty
I hope that through this discussion we can grasp the whole picture and have a thorough understanding of the current situation, to find a breakthrough in a management position.
