Prof. Stella Hou
She graduated from China Europe International Business School University with a Bachelor’s degree and EMBA from China Europe International Business School. She received executive training on leadership at AGSM in Australia and IMD in Europe.
Prof. Stella Hou has 30 years of work experience. During this period, she served as a human resources executive of leading companies in different industries such as Intel, Merck, and C&A, building organizational capabilities and achieving excellence amid changes. In addition, she has been engaged in management consulting in Hewitt (now Aon) for the past 10 years. She has successively served as the company's compensation business director, general manager of Hong Kong region, and data business director of Asia-Pacific region, helping companies achieve the double revenue of brand and profit.
In addition to the tenure of the company, she has served as the president of the American Chamber of Commerce Human Resources Association and the chairman of the European Union Chamber of Commerce Human Resources Association. She has been providing vocational counseling to students in Fudan, CEIBS, SISU, and China Normal University for more than ten consecutive years. She is currently a special senior consultant in the School of Management of Fudan University.
