At present, it is a critical period for  graduates to seek employment and choose a career. Affected by the Covid-19, graduates have more difficulties in finding jobs. SISU SBM has always been student-centered, and the employment of students is currently one of the key tasks. Recently, on the basis of in-depth investigation, the Office Career Development and Alumni Association has organized an on-air exchange meeting on employment, inviting Cao Shujing, Hu Juan and Wu Xulei from Student Affairs Office and Career Development Office for a zero distance online exchange with the 2020 full-time MBA graduates. The guests shared employment information including policies, directions, processes, and residency-related issues. Employment information is communicated to students in a timely manner.

This exchange meeting was highly informative that lasted more than an hour. Ms. Cao Shujing, Director of the Career Guidance Center of SISU and Associate Professor, introduced the employment services and channels provided by the college for graduates during the pandemic. Among them, the SISU Employment WeChat and the website of employment and entrepreneurship of SISU students will provide information on employment policies, job search skills, and the latest recruitment information that are relevant to graduates. During the period, in order to help students better map their career development and solve the problems encountered in job-hunting, the Employment Guidance Center opened a one-on-one online personalized consulting service. The SISU 2020 Spring On-Air Talent Fair also provides graduates with a convenient and comprehensive job interview channel. Ms. Wu Xulei and Ms. Hu Juan respectively introduced the employment procedures and the relevant situation of residency settlement in last year. During the exchange meeting, the teachers promptly responded to the students' concerns about contract signing procedures, personal records, residency settlement, etc. and interacted warmly with the students.

At the end of the exchange meeting, Mr. Xu Yong, Secretary of the General Party of SBM thanked the school for the care given to MBA students, thanked the Career Guidance Center for hosting the exchange meeting for MBA students, and thanked the Office Career Development and Alumni Association for its efforts. It is hoped that the office continues to provide more help for students on employment; that MBA students establish a positive attitude, keep informed of policies, seize opportunities, and succeed in job hunting.
