Vice President of Human Resources of Air Liquide China
Dr. Wu Jing has a rich life history and profound human resource management and leadership experience. He has successively held senior human resource positions in Asia Pacific, Northeast Asia and China in large multinational companies such as Heraeus, Goodyear, Siemens, and Air Liquide. Her professional experience spans government agencies, medical, industrial, energy, automotive and other fields.
Dr. Wu is familiar with human resource strategy and operations, is good at leading major organizational transformation projects, and combining advanced human resource theories with practices in different environments. His leadership team has won various human resource awards many times, and he has practiced Self leadership style. The main book Career Path: A Guide to Life Planning and Career Advancement has been well recognized by the industry.
Dr. Wu has successively obtained an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School and a PhD in Business Administration from the Grenoble Higher Business School in France. She took the Global Human Resource Management Courses at Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. At the same time, she is a senior certified trainer and an international ICF certified professional coach.
