It is reported that the organizers have been evaluating MBA programs worldwide, including China, for 21 consecutive years. The China’s Most Influential MBA Awards 2023 interprets the latest developments in world-renowned MBA programs and assesses the influence of China’s MBA graduates in professional managers, enterprises, and students, providing effective and objective information guidance. When compiling the list, the organizers adopted principles of marketing-orientation and customer-centricity, with a focus on customer satisfaction with goods/businesses as important assessment criteria, including college brand, social influence, faculty strength, student satisfaction, enterprise satisfaction, enrollment quality, and teaching quality.

Among them, the satisfaction of enterprises with MBA elites and the satisfaction of students with MBA programs carried significant weight. After comprehensive investigation, SISU MBA emerged as a standout winner of China’s Most Influential MBA Awards.

According to Professor Steve Woolgar, Chairman of the Academic Committee of World Executive Group and Professor Emeritus of Marketing at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, the gap between MBA education and social demand persists, even after more than 100 years of MBA education worldwide and over 30 years in China. For instance, while artificial intelligence is disrupting various industries, business schools are falling behind in integrating AI and business management into their curriculum. The rise in acceptance rates at the world’s top MBA schools is driven by a drastic decline in the number of applicants. Eight of the top 10 business schools globally have witnessed double-digit percentage drops in MBA applicants. This presents both an opportunity and a challenge for Chinese MBA schools.

In the face of the evolving global landscape and the new challenges presented by the disruptive digital intelligence, SISU MBA is at the forefront of exploring the latest trends in transformative enterprise management based on the demand of the times, the country, and the industry. Leveraging its extensive teaching and research expertise and preponderant disciplines, SBM has been integrating resources from diverse sectors to create a unique elite cultivation model with digital intelligence that meet global trends. With concentrations in Fintech, Behavioral Science, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics and Business Computing, Digital Intelligence For Borderless Management, and New Technology and Media Convergence Management, it is gradually forming six key strengths, including cutting-edge program design, data-driven intelligence, top-tier faculty, leading salary and employment opportunities, career orientation, and enhancement of language proficiency. It is shaping a first-class program with a global reputation, contributing to both domestic excellence and international recognition.

In the future, SISU MBA will continue to build a more globally influential business school. It will still be committed to cultivating interdisciplinary management elites with innovative thinking, expertise in digital intelligence management, and the ability to integrate cutting-edge technology and application of enterprise management, empowering them to create value for businesses, driving transformation, and sustainable development.
