Agreement Signing Ceremony 

On the morning of Nov.2nd 2016, Dr. Jiang Feng, Chair of University Council, SISU and Dr. Mitchel B. Wallerstein,President of Baruch College, City University of New York, visited the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) and were received by Prof. Ma Jianfei, Hanban Party Secretary. Prof. Ma spoke highly of the preparation work made by the two schools for building Confucius Institute, and signed with Dr. Wallerstein Cooperative Agreement Between the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) and Baruch College, the City University of New York on Setting up New York Baruch International Confucius Institute for Finance. Currently there are over 500 Confucius Institutes around the globe. This Confucius Institute to be cooperatively set up by SISU and Baruch College will be the 108th in the US and the 9th by SISU.
