Vice President of St. Thomas University visited SBM

On the 17th November, 2014, Prof. Chen Siqi, Vice President of St. Thomas University, U.S., visited SISU, and held further talks with SBM on cooperation in such areas as discipline development, student innovation activities and short-term academic exchange programs. St. Thomas University and SISU had already signed cooperative agreement, and this visit by President Chen was to promote more specific cooperative details. Professor Fan Zheng, Dean of SBM and Professor Wang Fenghua, Deputy Dean of SBM attended the meeting. The meeting was very successful and made substantial progress. SBM planned to develop some cooperative activities between the two business schools, including “the Management Week” and “Entrepreneurial Festival”, in order to develop short-term and whole-semester exchange programs. Vice President Chen Siqi invited Professor Fan Zheng and other teachers to visit St. Thomas University when time permitting, which would conduct the cooperation at a higher level between the business schools in two universities.
