1.Contact with Students

If you want to know more about SISU MBA students, SBM career development office can send their resumes. If you want to have direct contact with them, you can attend the workplace sharing session as a guest of Sharingtown. The office can also assist in arranging business visits, organizing business consulting programs/internships, and facilitating communication between students and companies.

Job Fair

SBM career development office publish job fair resume every year, which includes students' previous work experience, academic background and career direction. Enterprises can directly contact the appropriate students for in-depth understanding.

Lectures and Activities

Giving lectures or organizing events on campus is a great opportunity to meet students face to face and build a brand. Lecture and sharing topics can be closely linked to current hot issues, up-to-date industry knowledge, and corporate strategies. Companies can also organize business competitions and networking events. At the same time, SBM career development office welcome business representatives to participate in our Sharingtown as guests.

Business Visits

Business visits provide a channel for direct contact between companies and students interested in the company. It also provides a face-to-face opportunity for students to meet with the management and experience the corporate culture.

Business Practice/Consulting program

The business practice/consulting program offers SISU MBA students the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to a real business situation. Under the guidance of SISU teachers or representatives from the companies, a project team of 5-7 SISU MBA students can conduct field visits to understand business needs, develop and execute business plans.

SBM career development office offers different ways to help companies recruit SISU MBA students, and companies can choose one or multiple suitable methods.

Student Resumes

SBM career development office publishes SISU MBA student resumes every year, which includes the student's previous work experience, academic background and career direction, so that the enterprise can know the industry distribution of the student and directly contact the appropriate student for further understanding.

Post Opportunities

Companies can post job requirements and job/internship information for free through the SISU MBA student system, so students can see job opportunities at any time. You can also send the job description directly to career.sbm@shisu.edu.cn.

Campus Job Fair/ Information Session

Campus job fair/ information session provide enterprises with opportunities to directly introduce the company and the job vacancy, and improve the company awareness. Please contact us to make an appointment.

Campus Interview

SBM career development office can arrange the interview between enterprises and SISU MBA students on or off campus. If the enterprises choose to have the interview on campus, the office will provide corresponding venue arrangement and organization services.

3.Internships and Recruitment Calendars

Recruitment

-October, the students' resume will be completed and put into use

-From October to April of the next year, enterprise campus information session

-From the end of October to the beginning of November, SISU MBA Job Fair

-October to June of the next year, enterprise recruitment

Internship

-From March to June, corporate internship recruitment

-In early April, SISU MBA Job Fair

-In May, the internship resume will be completed and put into use

-From July to August, internship
